Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens Final Episode (12): Wholesome baseball show

This ending was pretty solid. Lin's fight with Feilang felt a bit quick, but I was fine with the resolution. The series wrapped up in a rather satisfying manner, so I can't really complain.

Honestly, the episode had no obligation to give a reason for having the villain miss a kill shot, but the episode did it anyway. That's pretty surprising.

I can't decide whether or not I like the fact that Lin trusts Banba in the end without much buildup. Since he said before that he liked the city, it would make sense that Lin has chosen to trust the friends he's made. But something about this scene seemed overly surprising. Maybe it's just subtle in a way I'm not used to seeing.

Did he really bunt a crossbow bolt? Now, I really want to know how feasible that is.

I give the series points for not having a character point out that this bomb was the one Enokida confiscated.

I also like that Lin just kills Feilang without giving him some flowery chance to redeem himself. This show just isn't that kind of show.

Final Score: 8/10 Quite liked how scenes in this series always felt like they had some kind of purpose.
