91 Days Episode 10: Brothers

I guess this entire episode was meant to make me care about Corteo and Avilio's relationship or something, but I never really had a reason to do so. Honestly, it came off as mostly boring and cringey. Were we really too surprised with how it all ended? Anyway, still looking forward to how they can end a series like this.

What does? Did his hair change? Even from the back, I can clearly tell this is Corteo.

Not sure how I feel about this "nice work, kid" comment from Ganzo.

Anyone else seriously questioning the proportions of this bed? I'm pretty sure Corteo just became way shorter.

Wait wait, I got this...this is supposed to be irony, right?

So...bored...

The animation in this scene is so lazy that Vincent Vanetti's mouth keeps moving after he finishes talking...come on, guys.

Busted!

Those poor, drunk fish...

Meh...

I liked this episode because we got back to Avilio seeking revenge and it has felt like a very long time since that has been front and centre to the plot. Corteo's death works as a reasonable catalyst for a conclusion though if they hadn't spent the middle of the series on a road trip and randomly picking fights with inconsequential characters this series as a whole would have been much better and we may have taken Corteo's death a bit more personally rather than seeing it as merely a stepping stone for plot to happen.
