Space Brothers Episode 12

Epic Mutta sees the clock on the bus...for the win. Observation is truly a strong skill and I love that it's basically what Mutta has going for him. I feel like it's something that's usually not too important, as raw intelligence or power usually take precedence. Either way, another amusing episode. I like how this third test is going. It kinda looks like Team A is the talent group, Team B is the teamwork group, and Team C is the fail group based on what we've seen so far. Could be too early to draw conclusions, so don't take my word for it.

Kenji had some nice moments...despite not being the brightest or most observant, he's a natural leader who will likely be able to keep his team afloat. As for Serika, I'm not sure how I feel about her being attracted to Mutta because of her daddy issues, but it's not that big a deal...suppose people tend to gravitate towards people that remind them of their parents. Next week, another test...looks like Mutta has all the answers again.

Rubik's Cube content Not as much this week to say. Just want to mention a couple of things. First off, the Asian guy reveals that he is able to solve one-handed. It's not too difficult of a feat, but it's annoying that whoever designed his character doesn't realize that anyone capable of solving one-handed should be able to solve without using the full hand to turn (using fingers to turn instead) when solving two-handed. Secondly, it's almost impossible to use the number of solves to judge time. Trust me, I've tried. The reason isn't the solve...it's the scramble. When you scramble the cube up, you typically just make a bunch of random movements. Because this isn't structured, it's hard to judge the amount of time you waste with it. My own scramble times can range from 10 to 30 seconds. I suppose it's possible to count while scrambling, but who the heck does that?
