Nameless Hero has a point. What exactly does he bring to the table? I assume that’s the reason he went with Maou to the teaching session…something will happen to force him to figure out how he can help her. Given that he’s a hero, maybe it’s charisma? Or maybe just a human connection that Maou doesn’t have? Perhaps he’s just neutral, which can often be helpful when two opposing forces clash. Either way, he needs to figure it out because he’s basically arm candy for Maou for the most part.

New characters and whatnot…doesn’t anyone in this show have a name? Or was that not hip enough back in that time period? At this rate, I’m gonna have to start making up names to distinguish them…any suggestions? That aside, the preview for next week seems…heated? I dunno…a nun shouting at the Hero…maybe religion decides to show its head.

No having names makes it so easy for us because it means we don’t have to remember anything.
I was kind of getting a Spice and Wolf vibe from this episode but it’s just not the same. Maybe nameless hero’s trait is that he is naive and righteous just like every other hero.
I really don’t want to compare to spice and wolf because it just doesn’t stack up…it’s not even fair.
I’m not comparing it, it just gave me that kind of vibe. I doubt Maoyuu Maou Yuusha will get good enough to compare but if it ever does I’ll be very surprised.
